We believe in small class teaching and we split year groups into three small classes where possible. Our staff are an extremely hard working team who support each other to ensure our pupils have the best learning experience possible. We are proud of the fact that all visitors comment on the calm, relaxed atmosphere as well as the excellent behaviour of our pupils. Please do not take our word for this: come and visit us to experience it first-hand.

We are looking for:

  • An excellent classroom practitioner with a clear understanding of high quality teaching and learning
  • A strong team member, contributing to the development of good practice across the school.
  • Experience in the EYFS and KS1 are desirable.

We offer:

  • The ability to be flexible around contracted hours
  • A welcoming, friendly and hardworking staff and governing body, with a shared commitment to raising standards
  • High quality professional development which we believe to be a real strength of our school
  • Motivated and very well behaved children who enjoy participating in school life
  • A fantastic working environment.

We would strongly encourage you to view the school and look at our website for more information. Please do not hesitate to telephone or email for an application pack. Details are also available on our school website. www.eyeprimaryschool.co.uk Visits are warmly encouraged.

Please contact the school office on 01733-222314 for an appointment or to discuss the post informally with our Headteacher, Mr Jason Webster.
