Help for Haiti
The children on the school council decided that they would like to raise money to help the children in Haiti affected by the earthquake. Mr Robinson agreed that they could have a fundraising day. The children thought of various activities such as decorating biscuits, painting, creating music, team games and shoe shining that they wanted to offer to the whole school. They also thought selling cakes would be a good fundraiser. The day was a fantastic success raising more than £750.00.This money has been donated to Unicef as they already had a base in Haiti. The school council would like to say a big “Thank you” to everyone who took part.
