International Partner School
Focus Days/Weeks are always exciting times as children are encouraged to think big and take risks. They involve various aspects of our work and ensure that we are promoting respect, citizenship, enabling children to enjoy and achieve, allowing children to make a positive contribution and achieve economic well being. We welcome visitors and visits within the local and wider area in order to positively promote and celebrate the diverse world in which the children live.
Eye school has developed a link with Elim Star Academy in Kitale, Kenya. This link has enabled pupils to share experiences with children their age in a different country and also learn about lifestyles different to that which they are used to. We have sent stories and pictures to Kitale and they have posted some of their traditional tales and information about their school to us. Our children have been really excited about this link school and we are looking forward to developing our relationship with this school.
