Our Sessions and Fees

Eye C of E Pre-school is open Monday to Friday

Our new fee structure, effective from Thursday 3rd September 2026, is shown below.

We provide care and education for young children between the ages of 2 to 5 years. (we have limited spaces available for children under the age of 30 months) We operate our Pre-school for 38 weeks per year, in line with Peterborough City Council’s term time.

Fees are invoiced monthly and are payable in advance by bank transfer, Tax free childcare or Childcare Vouchers. Fees must still be paid if a child is absent through illness or holiday for Pre-School, Wrap around care and Holiday Club. Extra sessions must be booked and paid for prior to your child attending that session.

Term time hours are set termly and agreed between parents and staff. Amendments to these hours must be given in writing and agreed with 4 weeks’ notice.

Holiday Club

In between term time, we offer our holiday club provision. This is open every day of the Pre-school holidays (except Bank Holidays and Christmas closure) from 8:00am-6:00pm.

Late Collection Fees

Late collection fees will apply to Pre-School, Wrap around care and Holiday Club. Late collection after the booked session will fall into the next hourly rate. Late collection after 6pm will incur a £5 charge for every 5 minutes. Persistent late collection may result in your child losing their place.
