If you have any queries or questions please refer to:
- Mrs Escott (Office Manager) or Miss Faull (Office Administrator) in the main office for general enquiries or a paper copy of any information on the website. The office is open from 8.30am - 4.00pm.
- The Headteacher, Mr Webster, is normally available each morning in the playground if you have a query or issue you would like to discuss informally. Appointments with Mr Webster can be booked via the main office.
- The School Assistant Special Educational Needs and Disability Co-ordinator, Mrs Nagle.
Governing Body
The Chair of the School Governing Body is Mr Darren Buckman, he can be contacted via the school office.
If you have a query or concern that you would like to pass on to the Chair of Governors then this can be done in writing and passed on via Mrs Escott in the main office, who is Clerk to the Governors.
Complaints
If you do have a complaint or a concern we would encourage you to speak to your child's class teacher in the first instance, should you need to discuss your issue further please contact the headteacher Mr Webster at admin@eye.peterborough.sch.uk
If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction then please contact the Chair of Governors, Mr Buckman in writing via the Clerk of Governors either by leaving a letter at the school office or by email clerktogov@eye.peterborough.sch.uk as per our complaints procedure.

Safeguarding
Should you have any concerns regarding the safety of our students and the school is closed, please report it on safeguarding@eye.peterborough.sch.uk which will be checked and actioned regularly by our designated staff.
